Statutory Safety Inspections & Certifications (AP & Telangana)

We perform inspections required under the Factories Act and rules thereof. These include safety of machinery, electrical installations, fire safety, welfare amenities for workers, licensing, registration of factories, plan approvals, etc. This ensures your facility’s statutory compliances are up to date and valid.

Industrial Safety Audits

In addition to statutory inspections, we conduct thorough industrial safety audits—external (third‑party) or internal—covering health, safety & environmental systems. We assess hazards, risk management, emergency preparedness, safety management system implementation, etc. This helps in identifying gaps beyond the minimum statutory obligations.

Initial Consultation & Scope Definition

Understanding what inspections / certifications are due under your factory’s category: hazardous / non‑hazardous, number of workers, nature of processes. Determine which state regulations apply (AP / Telangana).

Document Review & Pre‑Inspection

Review existing licenses, registration, safety policies, previous inspection reports, factory layout/plan, machinery inventory, welfare amenities etc.

On‑Site Inspection / Audit

Visiting your factory; verifying physical installations, machine guards, electrical setup, fire prevention systems, worker safety equipment, emergency preparedness, welfare facilities. Use statutory checklists as per the Factories Rules + State provisions.

Assessment & Report

Prepare inspection / audit report showing compliance and any gaps. Provide list of non‑conformities, risk levels, and recommendations for corrective actions.
